PTC-0432253 and PTC-0432366 Enhance IFN-gamma Production in T Cells with Tregs: Immunomodulatory Potential

This indicates that these compounds have the ability to enhance the production of IFN-gamma by T cells in the presence of Tregs. These results suggest that PTC-0432253 and PTC-0432366 may have potential immunomodulatory effects, specifically in promoting IFN-gamma release.
