The impact of the application of Pseudomonas putida PG-9 on the composition of soil fungal communities was investigated through phylogenetic analysis at the phylum and genus levels. A total of 11 phyla were identified at the phylum level, with four phyla (Ascomycota, Basidiomycota, Mortierellomycota, and Rozellomycota) having relative abundances above 1% (Figure 10). The treatment with PG-9 significantly decreased the relative abundances of Basidiomycota and Mortierellomycota by 22.22% and 33.90%, respectively, compared to the control (P<0.05).
