Advantages and Challenges of Young Air Traffic Controllers in the Digital Age

I believe that compared to older air traffic controllers, young air traffic controllers who grew up in the digital age have a higher level of acceptance and application ability towards the internet, enabling them to adapt and utilize new air traffic technologies more quickly. At the same time, young air traffic controllers can react more swiftly and have more energy. However, young air traffic controllers may have slightly insufficient professional skills and experience, which requires us to continuously accumulate experience, enhance personal professional knowledge, leverage strengths, and strengthen weak areas in our work.
