This study reports a novel surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) detection method using MIL-101(Fe) as a substrate and crystal violet as a probe molecule. By synthesizing the MIL-101(Fe) substrate and adsorbing crystal violet molecules on its surface, highly sensitive detection of crystal violet was achieved. Experimental results show that the MIL-101(Fe) substrate effectively enhances the Raman signal of crystal violet and exhibits good stability and reproducibility. Furthermore, a quantitative detection method for crystal violet was established by measuring SERS signals for varying concentrations of crystal violet. This research provides a new approach for SERS detection using MIL-101(Fe) substrates.
