QLQ-C30 Application in Breast Cancer Patients: A Study on Measurement Properties and Reliability

This study involved longitudinal data on Chinese breast cancer patients, where we collected QLQ-C30 and EQ-5D-5L data from 237 breast cancer patients at baseline, and followed up with 37 patients after seven days. We compared the measurement properties of both the descriptive systems and the index values, focusing on convergent validity, construct validity, sensitivity, test-retest reliability, agreement, and ceiling and floor effects. The aim was to understand the application of QLQ-C30 in breast cancer patients.
