6.1.2 Project Time Change\n(1) Customer Milestone Change: If the customer proposes a change and the project team demonstrates that it can be achieved, the team leader will rewrite the "Project Development Plan - Schedule" and notify the relevant departments and personnel. Each department will adjust their work plans according to the new plan. If the change is proposed internally by the company, the customer representative needs to notify the customer and obtain their approval. After that, the project team leader will rewrite the "Project Development Plan - Schedule" and hold a project team meeting to inform everyone about the new plan. Each department will then modify their work plans accordingly.\n(2) Internal Milestone Change: The project team leader will coordinate the work of each department according to the "Situation Escalation Control Specification" to ensure that the customer milestones are not affected.
