4.2.3 Project Leader: The overall responsible for the project management process, responsible for the execution, coordination, progress control, and evaluation and verification of key milestones of the project. They report or submit high-risk issues to the general manager and have the authority to adjust the relevant personnel and tasks, including assigning dedicated personnel to assist and approving the project progress and its content.
