Attachment: Project Management Overall Process - Process Design and Development Input Workflow Output and Record Work Instructions Responsibilities \nPhase 1: Planning and Project Phase APQP Reference Manual Company Business Plan Implementation and execution of the company's product quality early planning is divided into five stages: Phase 1 planning and project determination; Phase 2 product design and development; Phase 3 process design and development; Phase 4 product and process determination; Phase 5 feedback, assessment, and improvement Manager Representative Project Team \nThere are two sources for new product development in our company: 1. Customer's new product development intention and development trial agreement; Customer-approved changes to existing products. \n1. When the Sales Department receives the customer's intention to trial a new product or request for changes to an existing product, according to the "Product Service Requirements Control Specification" 2. Relevant personnel are organized for review; 3. The review personnel are mainly responsible for the Technical Department, Production Department, and Quality Department. The Sales Department is responsible for collecting the development-related information required for the review. In case of unclear customer requirements or occasional information, the Sales Department conducts market research and proposes a product development proposal based on the research results. The Sales Department, Technical Department, and Quality Department conduct a comprehensive review of customer requirements, feasibility of new product manufacturing, and risk analysis and assessment, and record the results and data in the "New Product Project Feasibility Report," including initial material inventory, initial process flowchart, investment budget, etc. (For new product development with customer-provided drawings, the Technical Department is responsible for the review; for new product development without customer-provided drawings, the Technical Department takes the lead in organizing the review).
