胆囊癌肝门部梗阻性黄疸病例：超声引导下PTCD治疗

Case 5 is a 57-year-old female diagnosed with gallbladder cancer involving the porta hepatis, resulting in obstructive jaundice. Routine ultrasound showed complete obstruction and lack of communication at the porta hepatis, with significant dilation of the intrahepatic bile ducts. Therefore, ultrasound-guided left intrahepatic bile duct percutaneous transhepatic cholangiodrainage (PTCD) treatment was performed. Intraoperative contrast-enhanced ultrasound (ICCEUS) showed communication between the left and right hepatic ducts through the narrow segment, with good diffusion of contrast agent in the left intrahepatic bile ducts. However, only partial filling of the right intrahepatic bile ducts was observed, suggesting tumor involvement of the secondary branches of the right intrahepatic bile ducts.
