Statistical Analysis of Plant Physiological Indicators, Gene Expression, Survival Rate, and Ion Permeability
We used the method of multiple comparisons to compare the significance of differences in plant physiological indicators and gene expression. We used t-test to compare the significance of differences in plant survival rate and ion permeability. We have included the method of difference comparison in the legends of Fig1, Fig2, and Fig6.
