Statistical Analysis of Plant Physiological Indicators, Gene Expression, Survival Rate, and Ion Permeability
We used a multiple comparison method to compare the significance of differences in plant physiological indicators and gene expression. We also used t-test method to compare the significance of differences in plant survival rate and ion permeability. We have included the comparison methods in the legend.
