肝外胆管上段肿瘤超声检查提示不完全性梗阻

Tumor in the proximal extrahepatic bile ducts, conventional ultrasound shows unclear liver gate structure, unable to show whether the left and right hepatic ducts are connected; due to obvious dilation of the left intrahepatic bile duct, ultrasound-guided left intrahepatic bile duct PTCD procedure was performed, and ICCEUS was performed through the drainage tube. We found that the contrast agent was well-filled in the left intrahepatic bile duct, and some of the contrast agent reached the right hepatic duct. However, compared with the left hepatic duct, the diameter of the right hepatic duct in the liver gate area was thin, indicating incomplete obstruction, suggesting that the tumor may have spread to the right hepatic duct.
