Seller Interview Agenda: TSE SX & PSC Teams - Fine-Tuned & Detailed

TSE SX Seller AM Interview: \•\ TSE SX team reached out to SQ team in the beginning of June for a Seller experience interview with CN Sellers and AM.\•\ TSE SX provided a list of Sellers with a set of criteria (e.g. HVL enforcement violations) to SQ POC (Gina), who is working with the business team to select the Sellers who can attend the interview.\•\ Prior to the Sellers interviews, we will need to send out (1) the purpose of the interview and (2) an open-ended pre-interview survey to gather valuable insights. Once we have collected the survey responses, we will assess them and create a specific agenda for the interview.\•\ Currently, we are waiting for the business team to finalize the selection of Sellers and AM for the interview.
TSE PSC Seller Interview:\•\ The PSC team is flexible with the Seller interview agenda and process, as long as the Sellers are preferably located in EU and JP and represent a diverse range of sellers.\•\ The PSC team will prepare interview questions that focus on PSC products and gather feedback from the Sellers.'}
