TSE Seller Interview: Insights from CN, EU, and JP Sellers - Optimizing Seller Experience

TSE SX Seller AM Interview: \n\nIn early June, the TSE SX team reached out to the SQ team to arrange a Seller experience interview with CN Sellers and AM. The TSE SX team provided a list of Sellers with specific criteria, such as HVL enforcement violations. The SQ POC, Gina, collaborated with the business team to select Sellers who can participate in the interview.\n\nBefore conducting the Seller interviews, we will send out two items: (1) the purpose of the interview and (2) an open-ended pre-interview survey. Once we have collected the survey results, we will assess them and create a specific agenda for the interview.\n\nCurrently, we are awaiting the selection of Sellers and AM by the business team for the interview.\n\nTSE PSC Seller Interview: \n\nThe PSC team is open to adjusting the agenda and process for the Seller interview, as long as the Sellers preferably come from the EU and JP regions and are diverse. The PSC team will prepare interview questions that focus on PSC products.
