miR-511-3p in Alzheimer's Disease: Exploring the Inflammatory Link in Patients and Cell Models

Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a progressive neurodegenerative disorder that affects a significant portion of the elderly population. Abnormal expression of microRNAs has been observed in patients with AD. Our research focused on investigating the role of inflammation-related miR-511-3p in both AD patients and cell models. This study aimed to explore the potential impact of miR-511-3p on the progression of AD, considering its connection to inflammation.
