The Supply Chain and Quality Safety Center assumes the responsibility of enhancing the company's cost competitiveness and leading the industry in supply security. It formulates and implements a comprehensive value chain purchasing strategy for general parts, creating an efficient and collaborative value ecosystem to ensure the overall competitiveness of general parts. It is responsible for optimizing the layout of the global supply chain manufacturing network and logistics integration network, building an agile and transparent supply chain for complete sets of overseas factories and work order delivery, and coordinating the planning, production and sales, quality management, customer experience management, and logistics/customs platform construction.
