HEO Treatment Demonstrates Highest Pregnancy Rate and Improved Embryo Development

This study analyzed the reproductive outcomes of different treatments, revealing significant differences in pregnancy rates and embryo development. Notably, the HEO group displayed the highest pregnancy rate, as illustrated in Figure 6d-e. Furthermore, the delta number of developing embryos in each uterine horn, representing the difference in embryo number between the left and right horns, was significantly lower in the HEO group compared to the NR, Matrigel, and EO groups, as shown in Figure 6d-e. These findings indicate that the reproductive outcome of the HEO treatment was superior among the four groups. Interestingly, the EO treatment exhibited a greater reproductive outcome compared to the NR and Matrigel groups.
