HEO Complex Shows Superior Endometrial Repair and Pregnancy Rates Compared to EO, Matrigel, and NR

Our findings unequivocally demonstrate that the EO complex outperformed Matrigel in terms of its capacity to repair the endometrium. However, when compared to the HEO complex, the EO complex exhibited a weaker ability in this regard (Figure 6a-c). What is most noteworthy is that the HEO group displayed the highest pregnancy rate, as illustrated in Figure 6d-e. Furthermore, the delta number of developing embryos in each uterine horn, which represents the difference in embryo numbers between the left and right horns, was significantly lower in the HEO group compared to the NR, Matrigel, and EO groups, as depicted in Figure 6d-e. This indicates that the reproductive outcome of the HEO treatment was the most favorable among the four groups. Interestingly, the EO treatment resulted in a more favorable reproductive outcome compared to the NR and Matrigel groups.
