Enhanced Endometrial Repair and Pregnancy Success with HEO Complex Treatment
Our results demonstrate that the EO complex had a greater endometrial repair capacity than Matrigel, but a weaker capacity compared to the HEO complex (Figure 6a-c). More importantly, the HEO group exhibited the highest pregnancy rate, as shown in Figure 6d-e. Additionally, the difference in the number of developing embryos between the left and right uterine horns (delta number) was significantly lower in the HEO group compared to the NR, Matrigel, and EO groups, as illustrated in Figure 6d-e. This indicates that the HEO treatment resulted in the best reproductive outcome among the four groups. Interestingly, EO treatment showed a better reproductive outcome than the NR and Matrigel groups, as observed in the significantly higher pregnancy rate and delta number of developing embryos in the EO group (Figure 6d-e). However, these reproductive outcomes were still lower than those observed in the HEO group. These findings suggest that the HEO complex possesses superior endometrial repair capacity and is associated with the highest reproductive success among the four groups evaluated. Notably, the EO treatment resulted in a better reproductive outcome compared to the NR and Matrigel groups.
