Enhanced Endometrial Repair and Pregnancy Rates with HEO Complex Treatment: A Comparative Study
Our study demonstrates that the EO complex exhibited a greater endometrial repair capacity compared to Matrigel, but a weaker capacity compared to the HEO complex (Figure 6a-c). Notably, the HEO group displayed the highest pregnancy rate, as illustrated in Figure 6d-e. Moreover, the delta number of developing embryos, representing the difference in embryo number between the left and right uterine horns, was significantly lower in the HEO group compared to NR, Matrigel, and EO groups (Figure 6d-e). This finding indicates that HEO treatment resulted in the most favorable reproductive outcome among the four groups. Interestingly, EO treatment demonstrated a greater reproductive outcome than NR and Matrigel groups based on the results shown in Figure 6d-e.
