The meeting is scheduled to last for three days and will primarily focus on internal discussions, with a significant portion dedicated to business sharing among the affiliates. Additionally, there is a half-day dedicated to team building activities, which appears to have minimal relevance to our Global Sourcing Hub operations.

Considering these factors, I am inclined to believe that attending the meeting may not be necessary for us at this time. Our team currently has a substantial workload with multiple ongoing projects, and it would be more productive for us to focus on those tasks.
