Club Star School: A Look at the Thriving Clubs at My High School

Hello, my name is Li Hua, and I am a senior high school student who serves as the head of the school clubs. I am delighted to announce that our school has been rated as a Club Star School. Our school's clubs are divided into three categories: Arts, Literature, and Sports.

In the Arts clubs, our main focus is on oil painting. We teach students various oil painting skills, such as making drafts and mixing colors. Additionally, students have the opportunity to appreciate classical oil paintings like the 'Mona Lisa' and 'Sunflowers'. By guiding them to appreciate the unique colors created by painters themselves, we aim to enhance their ability to appreciate art during the courses.

Literature clubs at our school revolve around reading literary books from both ancient and modern times, from both domestic and international authors. By providing students with insight into the lives of the writers and the background of their works, we help deepen their understanding and knowledge of famous literary pieces. These methods undoubtedly contribute to a better understanding of cultural diversity across different countries and time periods.

Lastly, our school's Sports club primarily focuses on basketball. We have invited a professional basketball coach to provide training sessions. Through these sessions, students not only improve their physical fitness but also enhance their basketball skills. Furthermore, by organizing competitions, students can develop their sense of teamwork and sportsmanship.
