摘要

随着物流业的发展,冷藏车的需求也越来越大。为了提高冷藏车的生产效率和质量,本文提出了一种半自动化生产线的设计方案。该方案主要包括三个部分:冷藏车车身制造、冷藏车制冷系统安装和冷藏车电器设备安装。其中,冷藏车车身制造部分采用了自动化机器人焊接和涂装技术,大大提高了车身的制造效率和质量。冷藏车制冷系统安装部分采用了半自动化装配线,能够快速、精确地完成制冷系统的安装。冷藏车电器设备安装部分采用了智能化装配技术,能够自动完成电器设备的安装和调试。实验结果表明,所设计的冷藏车半自动化生产线具有高效、精确、可靠等特点,能够满足冷藏车的生产需求。

Abstract

With the development of logistics industry, the demand for refrigerated trucks is increasing. In order to improve the production efficiency and quality of refrigerated trucks, this paper proposes a design scheme of semi-automatic production line. The scheme mainly includes three parts: refrigerated truck body manufacturing, refrigerated truck refrigeration system installation and refrigerated truck electrical equipment installation. Among them, the refrigerated truck body manufacturing part adopts automated robot welding and painting technology, which greatly improves the efficiency and quality of body manufacturing. The refrigerated truck refrigeration system installation part adopts a semi-automatic assembly line, which can quickly and accurately complete the installation of the refrigeration system. The refrigerated truck electrical equipment installation part adopts intelligent assembly technology, which can automatically complete the installation and debugging of electrical equipment. The experimental results show that the designed refrigerated truck semi-automatic production line has the characteristics of high efficiency, accuracy and reliability, and can meet the production needs of refrigerated trucks.
