吉利教育2023年教学专项调研项目：财务管理专业数字科技特质人才培养研究

为了更好地贯彻落实立德树人根本任务，加快推动‘吉利教育产教融合总体规划（2023-2025）’和学校‘十四五’发展规划落地，以数字化和产教融合为引领推动我校数字科技特质的高质量高水平应用型人才培养，拟开展2023年教学专项调研项目，以便更好地推进人才培养方案修订和实验室建设工作。

为凝聚学科专业共识，提升专任教师学科专业综合能力，设立教师专业综合能力提升项目，旨在让专任教师从学科和专业的发展历程中研究所在专业培养具有数字科技特质的高质量高水平应用型人才的愿景使命、目标定位、特色课程、育人模式、考核方式等内容，落实专业数字化和产教融合。

提交1份财务管理专业培养数字科技特质的高质量高水平应用型人才调研报告，研究报告字数不少于6000字（查重率不超过15%）。

In order to better implement the fundamental task of cultivating students with integrity and promoting the overall plan for the integration of education and industry in Geely Education (2023-2025), as well as the implementation of the '14th Five-Year Plan' for the development of the school, we plan to carry out a special research project on teaching in 2023. This will help to promote the revision of the talent training program and the construction of laboratories, while promoting the high-quality and high-level application-oriented talent training with the guidance of digitization and the integration of education and industry.

In order to consolidate disciplinary consensus and enhance the comprehensive abilities of professional teachers, we will establish a project to enhance the professional comprehensive abilities of teachers. The aim is to enable professional teachers to study the vision, mission, goal positioning, characteristic courses, educational models, assessment methods, and other content related to the training of high-quality and high-level application-oriented talents with the digital technology characteristics from the development process of their disciplines and professions, and to implement professional digitization and the integration of education and industry.

We will submit a research report on the cultivation of high-quality and high-level application-oriented talents with digital technology characteristics in the field of financial management. The research report should have a word count of no less than 6000 words (with a plagiarism rate not exceeding 15%).
