Specific sampling process: ① After resting in a quiet state for 5 minutes, the researcher will open and install the saliva collector. The subject will hold a sterilized container, sit still, lean forward, slightly lower the head, slightly open the mouth, place the saliva collector on the lower lip, and let the saliva flow naturally into the container, collecting 2-4ml of saliva per person/time. ② Use a low-temperature marker pen to label and number the low-temperature labels on the tube wall, and transfer the samples to an icebox within 3 hours. Separate the collected saliva into a 1.5ml sterile centrifuge tube and centrifuge at 4°C for 15 minutes to remove the supernatant and retain the precipitate for further testing. The samples are stored in a -80°C ultra-low temperature freezer before proceeding to the next step.
