RTCSeg: A Novel Transformer-based Medical Image Segmentation Network

With the application of Transformers in image processing, there have been many excellent Transformer-based segmentation networks, such as Swin-UNet and TransUNet, which can effectively segment medical images. Therefore, we also compared RTCSeg with Swin-UNet and TransUNet. We trained and tested these models using Dataset 1 and Dataset 2 respectively. The experimental results are shown in Table 2 and Table 3.
