Frame Stiffness Analysis: Deformation and Stress Distribution

This analysis presents the boundary conditions for a specific working condition, detailed in Table 3. Cloud diagrams illustrating deformation and stress distribution of the frame under this working condition can be found in Fig. 4 and Fig. 5. Based on the calculation results, the frame exhibits a maximum deformation of 3.58mm, primarily observed near the 3rd crossbeam. Additionally, the maximum stress within the frame is 180MPa, which is lower than the material's permissible stress of 345MPa. This maximum stress is located near the 2nd crossbeam. When comparing the deformation to the overall size of the frame, it falls within a safe range. Consequently, the frame meets the stipulated stiffness requirements.
