The calculation results indicate that the frame exhibits a maximum deformation of 1.29mm. This maximum deformation occurs along the longitudinal beam positioned between the 3rd and 4th crossbeams. Furthermore, the maximum stress experienced by the frame is 94MPa, which is well below the permissible stress of the material, set at 345MPa. The location of the maximum stress is near the 2nd crossbeam. Importantly, the deformation of the frame falls within a safe range when compared to the overall dimensions of the frame, thereby meeting the required stiffness criteria.
