AWS SDK UnknownHostException: Troubleshooting Endpoint Resolution Issues

This exception is thrown when attempting to interact with a service, but receiving an UnknownHostException. The exact endpoint that is failing to resolve can be found in the cause of the exception.

If this error is occurring on an endpoint that previously worked, there may be a network connectivity issue or your DNS cache could be storing endpoints for too long.
