Truck Frame Lightweighting Optimization: Static Analysis and Weak Point Identification
This study aims to optimize the design of a truck frame for lightweighting. ANSYS Workbench analysis software was utilized to perform static analysis on the truck frame under three typical operating conditions. The analysis identified the weak points of the frame and determined areas where lightweighting could be implemented.
