集装箱房租赁合同

甲方(出租方)：乙方(租赁方)：

乙方租赁甲方集装箱应用于通常的合理的用途，不得用于从事非法活动，否则因此造成的一切损失和后果均由乙方承担全部责任。

一、甲方出租位于朗德商务院内放置的集装箱房，规格为长6米、宽3米，租赁价格为每个元/月。

二、乙方租赁甲方集装箱个。自年月日起至年月日止，计个月，共计元。

三、乙方租赁时需交押金元。

四、乙方在使用过程中出现对甲方集装箱房有损坏，里面的墙板损坏每块赔偿100元，不准乱涂乱画，地板损坏每块赔偿150元，窗户损坏每个赔偿100元，门损坏每个赔偿400元。

五、乙方在使用期内不得转租。

六、本合同一式两份，甲、乙双方各执一份，双方签字后生效。

Renting Container House Lease Agreement

Party A (Landlord): Party B (Tenant):

Party B agrees to lease the container from Party A for normal and reasonable use, and shall not use it for any illegal activities. Party B shall bear all the losses and consequences caused by any illegal activities.

Party A rents out the container located in Lande Business Court, with dimensions of 6 meters in length and 3 meters in width. The monthly rent is yuan/container.
Party B leases containers from Party A. The lease period is from (year/month/day) to (year/month/day), totaling months, with a total rent of yuan.
Party B shall pay a deposit of yuan when leasing.
If Party B damages the container during use, Party B shall compensate Party A as follows: 100 yuan for each damaged wall panel, 150 yuan for each damaged floor panel, 100 yuan for each damaged window, and 400 yuan for each damaged door.
Party B is not allowed to sublease the container during the lease period.
