Subletting Proposal Concerns and Request for Improved Communication

I wanted to express my concern regarding the proposal from Autoneum, specifically in regards to the low percentage of subletting the property. This could potentially create numerous challenges for both GAC and Mr. Allan. I understand that our assignment for CBRE is to sublet the entire area, and therefore, we are expecting offers that are at least over 80%. It appears that there may have been some miscommunication between GAC and CBRE, which is why we requested a weekly update on the subletting status on September 20th. Unfortunately, we only received a comprehensive update on potential offers for our location in the reply email on October 6th. Moving forward, it is crucial for us to establish better communication and coordination between GAC and CBRE to prevent such delays in the future. Having a clear understanding of the subletting status and potential offers in a timely manner is essential for making informed decisions and effectively negotiating with potential tenants.
