Improving Communication and Coordination for Subletting Property

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to apologize for my delayed response, as it has been a chaotic week. Regarding the proposal from Autoneum, I wanted to express my concern about subletting the property at such a low percentage of the area. This could potentially create numerous challenges for both GAC and Mr. Allan.

I understand that our assignment for CBRE is to sublet the entire area, and therefore, we are expecting offers that are at least over 80%. It seems that there may be some issues with the cooperation between GAC and CBRE, which is why we requested a weekly update on the subletting status on September 20th. Unfortunately, we only received the complete picture about potential offers for our location in the reply email on October 6th.

Moving forward, it is crucial for us to establish better communication and coordination between GAC and CBRE to prevent such delays in the future. Having a clear understanding of the subletting status and potential offers in a timely manner is essential for making informed decisions and effectively negotiating with potential tenants.
