Subletting Status Update: GAC & CBRE Communication Concerns

It's been a crazy week. Apologize for my late reply. For the proposal from Autoneum, GAC will not consider subletting the property in such a low percentage of the area. This will create a lot of problems for us and also for Mr. Allan. I understand that our assignment for CBRE is to sublet the whole area. So the offer we expect should be over 80% at least.

Maybe this is why we think GAC and CBRE has some problems in cooperation. On September 20th, GAC asked CBRE to give us a weekly update for the subletting status. But until the reply email on October 6th, we know the whole picture about the potential offers for our location.

We need to have better communication and coordination between GAC and CBRE to avoid such delays and miscommunication in the future. It is important for us to have a clear understanding of the subletting status and potential offers in a timely manner. This will enable us to make informed decisions and negotiate effectively with potential tenants. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to improve the cooperation between GAC and CBRE.
