Abstract

This study aims to empirically investigate the implementation effects and challenges of the principle of workplace equality in the new era. By analyzing law undergraduate theses, the study finds that the implementation of the principle of workplace equality in the new era has achieved good results, with a repetition rate of less than 15%. However, the implementation of this principle still faces challenges such as gender discrimination and wage gaps. Therefore, it is necessary to further strengthen the formulation and implementation of relevant laws and regulations to ensure the effective implementation of the principle of workplace equality.
