Academic Writing Enhancement: Fertilizer Synergists and Conventional Coating Limitations

We conducted a systematic review of fertilizer product development since the 20th century and compared the pros and cons of current commercial fertilizer technologies. A comprehensive analysis of the action mechanisms and systemic constraints of different commercial fertilizer synergists reveals that conventional coating, which aims to align plant nutrient demands with supply, is unable to overcome the systemic limitations of fertilizer synergists due to inconsistent nutrient and synergist needs in crops.
