ThreaTrace Setup and Example Model Installation Guide

These commands navigate to the 'scripts' directory within the 'threaTrace' directory, then run the 'setup.py' script using Python. After that, it copies the contents of the 'streamspot' directory within the 'example_models' directory to the 'models' directory within the 'threaTrace' directory. It also copies the 'models_list.txt' file from the 'streamspot' directory to the current directory. Finally, it copies all the files starting with 'run_' from the 'streamspot' directory to the current directory.
