At the genus level, the predominant bacterial genera that showed an increasing relative abundance in the LP group were Phenylobacterium and Lactobacillus. Compared to the initial group (0.01%), the relative abundance of Phenylobacterium in the CK group showed a small change, with values of 0.03% and 0.02% respectively. In the LP group, however, the relative abundance of Phenylobacterium initially increased to 1.62% and then decreased to 0.88%. \n\nAt 14 and 28 days, the relative abundance of Lactobacillus in the CK group was 0.04% and 0.02% respectively. In the LP group, the relative abundance of Lactobacillus increased from 0.02% to 0.07% and then to 1.30%. In the OA14 group, the relative abundance of Lactobacillus decreased to 0%, and then increased again to 0.03%. \n\nThe bacterial genera that showed a decreasing relative abundance in the LP group were mainly Acinetobacter, Streptophyta, and Aeromonas. In the CK group, the relative abundance of Acinetobacter was 75.91%, 33.78%, and 60.64% respectively. Compared to the initial group, the relative abundance of Acinetobacter in the LP14 and LP28 groups continuously decreased to 25.99% and 9.06% respectively. In the OA14 and OA28 groups, the relative abundance of Acinetobacter was 80.28% and 55.27% respectively. \n\nIn the CK group, the relative abundance of Streptophyta showed a continuous increasing trend, from 0.21% to 0.23% and 0.28%. In the LP14 group, the relative abundance of Streptophyta initially increased to 2.26% and then decreased to 0.13% in the LP28 group. In the OA group, the relative abundance of Streptophyta continuously decreased to 0.01% in the OA28 group. \n\nIn the CK group, the relative abundance of Aeromonas increased from 0.03% to 0.05% in CK14 and 0.12% in CK28. Compared to the initial group, the relative abundance of Aeromonas in the LP group showed a decreasing trend, and was almost eliminated by the end of the experiment in the LP28 group. In the OA group, although Aeromonas was not detected in OA14, it reappeared at 2.00% in OA28.
