Meanwhile, silicon wafers containing Au/MIL-101 (Fe) droplets were submerged in a 10-5M CV solution to examine the impact of various adsorption durations (30s, 60s, 180s, 300s, 600s) on SERS efficacy. As depicted in Figure 4b, the Raman intensity of CV at 1179 cm−1 reveals that as the immersion time prolongs, the quantity of CV solution adsorbed onto the substrate increases, resulting in a gradual augmentation of the Raman signal. Eventually, the signal reaches its peak value and stabilizes. The most favorable SERS performance is attained within a 3-minute period.
