Job Preparation Verification Instruction Manual//n1. Purpose//nTo establish necessary verification methods for job preparation in order to ensure smooth and effective production.//n//n2. Scope//nApplicable to job preparation before production of company products.//n//n3. Responsibilities//n3.1 The Quality Department is responsible for developing the relevant content of the verification record form.//n3.2 Workshop team leaders are responsible for completing the ///'Job Preparation Verification Record///'.//n//n4. Procedures and Requirements//n4.1 Job preparation verification must be conducted and recorded in the ///'Job Preparation Verification Record///' in the following situations: initial operation of the job, material change, job modification, extended downtime during operation, and product production/processing change. If the verification results do not meet the production requirements, the relevant production workshop shall handle it.//n4.2 For each shift, after adjusting the tools and equipment, the first piece of product produced shall undergo first article inspection in accordance with the ///'Product Monitoring and Measurement Control Procedure///'. Non-conforming products resulting from job preparation shall be handled according to the ///'Non-conforming Product Control Procedure///'.//n4.3 For new products or process changes, PPAP and production confirmation tests shall be carried out after trial production, following the requirements of APQP and PPAP.//n4.4 Each job preparation verification must be diligently completed by the verifier and recorded in the ///'Job Preparation Verification Record///', which shall be kept by the production department.//n//n5.
