Based on the research conducted, the Intelligent Detection Center is willing to reach the following two agreements with Southern Company, with the intention of only covering basic expenses:\n\n1. Southern Company provides the necessary living and office conditions for the center. A contract will be signed with the Technology Branch Company, including equipment depreciation and staff salaries. A service fee of 1.346 million RMB will be paid for a period of 6 months.\n\n2. Southern Company will take the lead in coordinating and collaborating with the Technology Branch Company to sign technical service contracts with various working areas. A monthly service fee of 5,000 RMB will be charged per working area. Additional service contracts will be signed based on the specific needs of each project and working area. Southern Company will collect the service fees on behalf of the Technology Branch Company and make the payments. Southern Company will also provide necessary office space and meals for personnel. Additionally, Southern Company commits to transferring the management of the 5-phase project testing to the center.
