基于SSM框架的物业综合管理服务系统开发与实现

"摘要:"我国经济增长飞速，城市化建设进程也进一步加快，越来越多的城镇居民迁往城市，为提高居民的生活体验。本文将研发设计出一款物业综合管理服务系统，为社区用户带来高质量的线上服务经验。为社区的管理者降低了管理成本，提高管理效率。\n在系统进行开发前，通过查看许多文献综述、及线上调查分析，详细描写了系统的绪论、系统开发相关技术的分析、系统研发前期的需求分析以及功能的详细设计。在需求分析中，利用UML建模分析工具，绘制了系统核心功能用例图及详细的编写了用例规约，在具体的功能设计中，对该软件的主要功能结构、核心功能的流程图等进行了探讨，在数据库的设计上，完成了数据库表的设计，并绘出了系统的E-R图表。\n该系统采用当前领先的开发环境，Java语言的SSM（Spring＋Spring MVC＋My Batis）框架，系统由系统设置，用户管理，房屋管理，业主管理，公共设施，停车场管理，员工管理，报修管理，费用管理，投诉管理等多功能模块组成。\n在完成系统的开发之后，还对系统功能进行了简单的说明，实现界面的截图展示。并在此基础上实现了对该系统的检测。在软件进行测试时，编制了相应的测试实例，通过验证预期接过来确认系统的正确性和可用性。\n"Abstract:" With the rapid economic growth in China, the process of urbanization has also accelerated. More and more urban residents are moving to cities to improve their living experiences. In this paper, a comprehensive property management service system is developed and designed to provide high-quality online services for community users. The system reduces management costs and improves efficiency for community managers.\n\nBefore the development of the system, a literature review and online survey analysis were conducted to analyze the system's introduction, related technical analysis of system development, and requirements analysis in the early stage of system development. In the requirements analysis, the UML modeling analysis tool was used to draw the system's core functional use case diagram and write detailed use case specifications. The specific functional design discussed the main functional structure and flowcharts of the software's core functions. In the database design, the database table design was completed, and the system's E-R diagram was drawn.\n\nThe system adopts the current leading development environment, the SSM (Spring + Spring MVC + MyBatis) framework of Java language. The system consists of multiple functional modules, including system settings, user management, house management, owner management, public facilities, parking lot management, employee management, maintenance management, cost management, and complaint management.\n\nAfter completing the development of the system, a simple explanation of the system's functions was provided, along with screenshots of the interface. The system was also tested for its correctness and usability.
