After verification, the SPRO company has made adjustments to the quantities of certain items. The number of on-site cleaning personnel has been modified to match the records, and the amount of oily waste treatment has been adjusted to align with the quantity mentioned in the certificate.

Furthermore, the SPRO company claims that certain items were either omitted or inaccurately recorded. They have removed the usage of WP Emergency and added 100KG of disperse agent GM-2, which incurred a cost of CNY 25,000. In addition, they have introduced a new item for the cleaning of oil booms, priced at CNY 45 per meter, resulting in a total charge of CNY 13,500.
