Data Analysis and Replicate Selection in Fig.2A

Thank you for your feedback. In Fig. 2A, points with the same color represent replicates within each group. Initially, each sample was replicated four times, and I have added this description in the Materials and Methods section. Based on the results of PCA (Fig. 2A), we excluded one value with the largest difference and selected three similar replicates from each sample for further analysis.
