If you decide to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, you will receive a full refund. To cancel your order, please submit a help ticket through the "Contact Us" section on our website. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. Please note that we cannot accept order cancellation requests if the orders have already been shipped.
