Order Cancellation Policy - Full Refund Within 24 Hours

If you decide to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, you will receive a full refund. To cancel your order, please submit a help ticket through our Contact Us section. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. Please note that we cannot accept order cancellation requests once the orders have been shipped.
