Ceiling and Floor Effects of QLU-C10D and EQ-5D-5L in Breast Cancer Patients: A Comparative Analysis
Tables 2 and 3 present the ceiling and floor effects of QLU-C10D and EQ-5D-5L for both overall and individual dimensions. Among breast cancer patients who completed the EQ-5D-5L questionnaire, the dimension with the highest percentage of individuals reporting no problems was Self-care (53.6%), followed by Mobility (48.5%), Usual activities (39.2%), and Pain/Discomfort (18.6%). However, in the case of QLU-C10D, a slightly higher percentage (23.6%) of individuals reported no problems with Pain compared to EQ-5D-5L. The dimension with the highest percentage of individuals reporting no problems for Nausea was 41.4%, while the lowest percentage was observed for Physical (13.9%). Insomnia and Appetite loss, which are specific to QLU-C10D, had an equal percentage of individuals reporting no problems (28.7%).
