QLU-C10D and EQ-5D-5L Ceiling and Floor Effects in Breast Cancer Patients
Tables 2 and 3 display the ceiling and floor effects of QLU-C10D and EQ-5D-5L overall and for each dimension. Among breast cancer patients who answered EQ-5D-5L, the highest proportion with no problems was in 'Self-care', at 53.6%, followed by 'Mobility' with 48.5%, 'Usual activities' with 39.2%, and 'Pain/Discomfort' with the lowest proportion at 18.6%. However, in QLU-C10D, the proportion of individuals selecting no problems for 'Pain' was slightly higher at 23.6% compared to EQ-5D-5L. The highest proportion of individuals with no problems for 'Nausea' was 41.4%, and the lowest proportion for 'Physical' was 13.9%. The dimensions specific to QLU-C10D, 'Insomnia' and 'Appetite loss', had an equal proportion of individuals with no problems at 28.7%.
