nTreg Expansion Update: Successful Expansion for Co-Culture with New Medium

After our internal discussion and testing, we have begun the new round of expansion of nTregs in the presence of test articles. We have successfully obtained enough nTregs for co-culture. \n\nIn order to facilitate the expansion process, we have made changes to the expansion medium. The new medium, KBM581, contains 5% FBS, 50µM β-mercaptoethanol, and 10ng/mL rIL-2. However, we still require additional time to determine the specific reasons for the previous challenges we faced. \n\nPlease find attached the detailed study plan for this new round of expansion. We anticipate that the final results will be available before next Tuesday, August 8th.
