Commission Payment Schedule: Alignment with Company Collections and Guarantee Release

The payment progress of the commission shall align with the Company's collection progress, and the Company will remit the corresponding commission to the Agent within 30 days after receiving payment from the Employer. However, if the Agent is required to issue performance guarantees, quality guarantees, or any other guarantees within their scope of responsibility, the proportional commission, equivalent to the proportion of the total guarantee amount in relation to the Supply Contract amount, shall only be paid to the Agent upon release of the aforementioned guarantees.
